Installs a Language-Keyboard Layout that adds the missing `<>|` keys to any ANSI-Keyboard.

To use press:

| `ctrl + alt + ,` |  < |
| `ctrl + alt + .` |  > |
| `ctrl + alt + y` | \| |

`ctrl + alt` also know as `alt_gr` or `r_alt` on some layouts.
